| ISAAC 07--The 07 is a base coat gun for the automotive
industry. It will spray primers, sealers, single stages, and low solids
color coats. The 07 produces a large fan with very soft atomization. It
is a great gun for blending metallics. Because the 07 sprays so softly,
the metal flakes lay down evenly and easily blend with the factory finish.
Without soft atomization, metal flakes will stand at different angles and
reflect light unevenly leaving an uneven blend. The 07 is an outstanding
base gun that will stand on its own when compared to other guns out there.

This series of guns is designed for use with turbines
although they can be easily converted to compressed air by adding a 36-00
regulator. The gun bodies are molded from a composite polymer material which
is smooth, durable, and very lightweight. This material is perfect for turbine
guns because it is light, comfortable and insulates and shields the painter's
hand from the warm air flow generated by the turbine motor. The molding
properties allow for wide, sweeping air passages to be molded into the gun
body, allowing air to flow through the gun freely and easily. Another advantage
of our composite guns is that they can be completely rebuilt inside and
out.
Accuspray's turbine guns are extremely versatile and are not limited to turbine use. With a 36-00 regulator attached, these guns can be operated on shop air with no sacrifice in performance. Without the built-in pressure reducer found in typical compressed air guns, our turbine guns provide smoother air flow particularly suited for fine finish applications such as automotive and wood finishing. These guns will break up the most difficult to atomize materials with as little as 8psi of air pressure at the regulator and produce a large, finely atomized fan pattern every time. |
![]() Metal Series 19C The 19c, also known as the VersaMax gun, is our low cfm gun. It is designed to run off a small compressor. The 19c requires only 5 cfm at 90 psi and requires only a 2hp compressor. It is perfect for shops where compressed air is at a premium or in conjunction with a portable compressor. We also use the 19c gun on our portable compressed air systems--the VersaMax and the VMX. It is easy to adjust the fluid and air controls found on the gun as well as make repairs when needed. In addition to our standard set ups, fine finish and heavy material atomizing sets are available. |
The 19 AND 19I guns are 4.3:1 ratio guns
and consume 10-12 cfm at 90 psi. This can usually be provided by a compressor
as small as 5 hp. These are our best spraying production guns and in woodworking,
industrial, and automotive fleet applications, the 19 and 19i are good fits
because they have large fan patterns, excellent atomization, and are faster
than many other HVLP guns. They are also excellent for spraying adhesives.
Accuspray offers a wide variety of needle, nozzle and air caps for these
guns to meet your application needs.
The 19 and 19i guns are the same gun with one modification. The 19i has a fluid extension tube that extends from the fluid inlet to the bottom of the gun handle. This keeps the bulkier fluid hose out of the way when painting. Accuspray offers a variety of gun, pot and hose packages called 39 systems which incorporate the 19 gun. |

|
Accuspray was among the first to develop a portable compressed air cart system for spraying HVLP fine finishes. We were able to do it through the creation of a true low cfm gun--the 19c. The 19c requires only 5cfm at 90psi and a 2hp compressor. The VersaMax utilizes a Devilbiss compressor with 4 gallon air tanks set on a wheeled cart it includes a 2.5 gallon paint pot, 35' of fluid and air hoses, and the industry's best 19c gun. The VersaMax will spray any coating from the lightest bodied stain to multi colors and some epoxies. |
The VMX stands for VersaMax Extended Duty. Both
the VersaMax and the VMX are shipped with the 19c low cfm gun. Beyond that,
the VMX is a heavy duty, industrial upgrade over the VersaMax. The compressor
is a Thomas dual head oil free compressor and is quieter and draws fewer
amps than the DeVilbis compressor on the VersaMax. The air tanks have a
capacity of 10 gallons, the paint pot is heavy duty, and the sturdy, rugged
frame is set on pneumatic tires--all of which makes the VMX a heavy duty
version of the VersaMax. |
There are three models within the TNR series of
turbines--the 2030, the 2040, and the 2045. The TNR line was developed
for the painter or his customers who may not like the noise produced by
standard turbines which is comparable to that of a vacuum cleaner.
It is perfect for hospitals and nursing homes for example where noise is
problematic.

![]() Series 240 Turbine |
![]() Series 240c (Turbo IV) |
The 23 series turbine is a three stage unit producing 85cfm @ 5psi. The 23 series is a great turbine for the automotive industry in touch-up, bumper, and spot repair. It is a great turbine for the painting contractor using lighter bodied materials a couple of times per week on smaller areas like trim and cabinets. The 23 series turbines are continuous duty rated at 4 hours. With 5psi available, the 23 is able to atomize stains, lacquers, urethanes, thinned out latex, mulit-colors, and automotive coatings. Just a reminder, every gun we make we sell to the automotive industry, so you should expect to see the finest quality automotive finish on everything you paint. |
|
The 240 series turbines are four stage turbines with the most psi available with 7. It can atomize heavier bodied coatings with less thinning and is duty rated at 6 hours of continuous operation. It is an ideal unit for trim, cabinets, doors, shutters, window trim, gutters, and painting for or with effects. Just a reminder, every gun we make we sell to the automotive industry, so you should expect to see the finest quality automotive finish on everything you paint. |
The 240c or "Turbo IV" is a four stage turbine with a mini-compressor used to power a 2 quart remote pot. the remote pot is used because it allows the painter greater mobility, more flexibility, and allows the painter to position the gun in any direction (even upside down). The Turbo IV is perfect for jobs is relatively tighter spaces, on the inside and underside of cabinets, trunks, rocker panels, and jambs of cars, as well as for larger jobs where 2 quarts of material is the most convenient. Just a reminder, everything Accuspray makes, it sells to the automotive industry. Every time you spray with Accuspray, you should expect to get an automotive quality finish. |
